Two weeks down!

Here at Hot Cakes, on Sundays, we'll stop the onslaught of commentary so that we can all kick back and contemplate the grander scheme and scale of things. Yes, all of the issues we cover here on Hot Cakes are important, but it's a well known fact that one of the best ways to deal with complex and important issues is to forget about them for a while.

Instead of commentary then, on Sundays we'll provide a link to thought-provoking content elsewhere on the web - content that isn't bound in the messy world of politics and news, content that is concerned with the most fundamental questions about our existence here on Earth. Sundays, we feel, are a time to get philosophical:
